Our Founder

Alison Denton is a skilled coach who has over 20 years experience working in private sector organisations, (FMCG and professional partnership) most recently at Director level. She also has experience of the FE sector as a College Board member and serves as a lay member at Employment Tribunals. Alison works extensively with senior managers and directors, supporting them in managing themselves and others through change and times of transition. She maintains the highest professional and ethical standards and clients are guaranteed absolute confidentiality.

Qualifications

Alison has an MSc in People and Organisational Development; she is an accredited coach (Henley Management College) and has a Diploma in Counselling Skills. She is a qualified business practitioner in TA (Transactional Analysis) and is licensed to administer and interpret the Myers-Briggs type personality questionnaire.
